I registered to attend Convention, but did not make it. Can I have a refund?
Our cancellation policy clearly states that cancellations received by email to before 5th June 2015 will receive a refund of 50% of the total fee or we would have enabled you to transfer the value of your booking to a colleague at any time, so that they could attend instead. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.

I left something at the venue. How can I get it back?

Exhibiting at Convention is a great way to reach up to 2,500 fundraisers in one go. The expo is open to all delegates. It provides them with the opportunity to find out about the sector's top products and services and to seek advice on how to improve their fundraising function. Lunch and refreshments will be served in this area.
